This is a perfectly good stop over municipal site. It has ample sanitary facilities which are very clean given the daily turnover of travelling campers. The pitches are spacious although the cables for some electrical hook ups do go across side roads. It’s not a problem and it is quite possible to find a pitch close to an electrical point without having your cable go across a road. There is a good bar and restaurant and the office staff are polite and helpful. The site is right next to the beautiful Moselle river with cycle paths leading from the camp along the river bank. This site is also very cheap. Two adults, electricity and a baguette ordered for the next morning. We were really pleased to find this site.

One of the most disappointing campsites we have ever stayed in. Cramped pitches, cables running along the ground for long stretches to reach the electricity pilons, terrible water pressure so it takes ages to fill up tanks. The shower facilities did not look clean. Very basic in every way. You cannot swim in the lakes around as not clean, there is no playground for school age children, no pool, nothing but expensive. I would not stay there again. The people running it were nice enough but it felt like a money making scheme in which there is no investment and unjustifiably high prices.
