Camping Le Port de Limeuil

We had a fantastic stay at Le Port de Limeuil, great to see a caring family fun campsite in a world of corporates !! We will be back.

Without doubt the very best campsite I/we have stayed on. Have been coming here the last twenty years. This is the yardstick with which we compare other sites. Didier, Nadege, Suzanne, Elise, Hugo and the rest of the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Wow, what a great site. Wonderful location, right besides the river, great size pitches, amazing all round facilities. The staff (many family) are just the best, they speak great English and work tirelessly. This site is better than every 5* site we've been to in France. Limeuil itself is so beautiful, turn right out of the site and first right,900 yards theres a great Strawberry farm with vending machine - real tasty products. Thank you Le Pont Limeuil we will definitely stay here again.

This is an extremely well managed site, with very helpful and attentive staff. It has a great location and there is tons to do in the Dordogne area. The site was full, but calm with a lovely ambience. The majority of our fellow campers were Dutch. We extended our stay, as there were many interesting places to visit nearby. When the site is full, although there were enough showers in the larger block, there are fewer toilets and hand washing sinks. There is easy walking access into Limeuil and an excellent snack bar onsite.
