Tours Les Acacias
Normal
View 8 reviews
Only 5 km from the city of Tours, in the village La Ville-aux-Dames, lies the small campsite Les Acacias. This region, the Loire Valley, is very popular with tourists. This can be attributed to the number of castles and vineyards. The nearby lovely city of Tours also attracts many visitors. The campsite is open all year round, but from 15 September to 31 March the reception is open irregularly. It is therefore necessary to make a reservation for this period. It is mainly a transit campsite, where you can, of course, also spend a few days longer to explore the area.

Quiet, partly shaded campsite where rest and hospitality is paramount throughout the year. Transit and other campers can make use of the many possibilities. Route ' Loire à Vélo ' from the campsite.

Ideal stop over. easy in easy out. Easy to get to from motorway. Good sized pitches in wooded area. L'elcerc just over a mile away. Restaurant looked good but was closed. Lots of statics on site but can't imagine why anyone would want to come here for a holiday. Pot washing water was cold. Security was excellent but if you walk outside and forget the access code you're stuffed! Pleasant English speaking staff. Would certainly use again as stop over.
