Camping Le Marais Sauvage lies in the centre of the green, French countryside. The Marais Poitevin nature reserve is located between the city of Niort and the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. We had a Wonderful stay from start to finish. They lovely young couple who own the site were always smiling and nothing seemed too much trouble. We ate one, savouring the Gallette's and crepes prepared by were fabulous, my favourite meal of the holiday. I still speak of them now! The surrounding are was creating for cycling and we also took our inflatable kayak on the waterways.
