This is a very well maintained municipal site, right by the centre of the town. The site is well shaded on a gradual slope with large, well drained pitches. There is a flatter annex field where the motor homes tended to congregate. The electricity pods are standard blue EU type for 6 pitches, so it might be useful to have an extension lead. The sanitaires are extremely clean and well maintained, if a bit dated. The communal areas have undercover picnic tables, fridges and freezers and a well stocked lending library. A pathway from the campsite, via a computer pad doorway, leads down to the mairie and the nearest bakery. ( 100m max) Major shopping can be done at Bédoin (Carrefour Extra 6miles) or Carpentras (SuperU 7miles). Beside the campsite entrance is the start of the route along the Gorge de Nesque which many people cycle, but normal ones do in a car. Well worth the journey if you have a head for heights and stout anal sphincters. Throughout the campsite there is an extremely powerful free wi-fi signal but there is no toilet paper provided. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly but really only speak French
