Des Grands Cols campsite is located in the shade of the high mountains of the Savoie. A real campsite for cycling enthusiasts who want to conquer the infamous Alpine cols of the Tour de France. Des Grands Cols campsite is also a good starting point for mountain hikers and motorcyclists. On this neat, small-scale campsite you can camp on spacious pitches between trees and hedges in a green, relaxing environment. And always with that beautiful view of the 'grands cols'.

Brilliantly located for those wishing to cycle the grands cols of the TdF. Lovely views & easy walking to town with plenty of local restaurants. Pitches generous/private with drinking water & EHU - not 100% level. Staff friendly & helpful. There is a little bar and you can order bread/pastries most mornings. Let down a bit by lack of toilet seats and paper - apparently people steal it!! - and the water warm rather than hot. There are laundry machines. Good site. We'd return.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good-sized pitches with hook-up (16A) etc. easily accessed. Close to town with easy access. Mountain views.

Nice flat pitches which are mostly lined with bushes, plenty of shops within walking distance, clothes washing facilities, good base for cycling.

Not easy to find unless the signage has changed, and an awkward entrance. However a great site in a beautiful location the staff pleasant and extremely helpful. will definitely return.
