Les Genêts d'Or campsite lies in the Cèze valley. You can camp here in the woods on the banks of the river. There is plenty to do for young and old at this campsite. Bridge nights, canoe trips, playing in the playground. And of course swimming in the pool or in the Cèze. If you fancy a day out, drive along the Cèze to the Cascades du Sautadet. And a little further on is the beautiful town of La Roque-sur-Cèze.

A really good site where everything works including the Wi-Fi. Also the electric is 10 amps so no reenactment of the Apollo 13 Command Module startup procedure when you want to put the kettle on or use the toaster. At first the pitches look rather random but they are spacious and EHU is within easy reach. and for us Brits, proper toilets. A rivrside setting and listen out for the toads. They’re deafening! Also, if its your thing, you’ll be in the middle of wine country.
