On the outskirts of Lourdes and at the foot of the Pyrenees, you’ll find the Camping D'Arrouach; an ideal base for excursions to the famous pilgrimage site. The tarrain of this simple, but very well-maintained campsite is laid out around a restored farmhouse on top of a hill. The farm, the restaurant, the sanitary building: everything is equally well-maintained. From the spacious pitches you have a view of the Pyrenees.

    <p>From the 2025 season onwards, we'll be introducing a major innovation: limiting car traffic inside the campsite. This approach, based on tranquillity and ecology, marks an important step towards an even more convivial and sustainable experience.&nbsp;<br>Who is affected? Campers with tents and caravans. There is no change for vans and camper vans.&nbsp;<br>How will it work?<br>- When you arrive: you will be able to access your pitch by car to unload your belongings and set up your equipment.<br>- Your vehicle must then be parked in the car park at the entrance to the campsite, within easy walking distance of your pitch.<br>- At the end of your stay, it will be just as easy to collect your belongings for departure.<br>We have designed this system to guarantee your comfort while maintaining harmony with our environment.</p>

Nice quite setting easy walk to Lourdes and on main bus route L2. Walk/cycle from site good. For those who would like/need to take buses there is a lovely map that tourist information give out with all routes not sure why the site couldn't provide.

Site OK and on appearance informal but bossy snail signs everywhere including a shower timer ( like egg timer) in actual shower. Water was restricted through all taps and lasted seconds which felt stingy rather than preservative . Help wasn't forthcoming particularly from reception and cleaner showed up and shut block at 9.30 AM just as everyone getting ready to use

Nice small site with excellent facilities . Easy access to cycle to Lourdes and walk to the lake

Trim trees near the Motorhome service area as it's a tricky reverse in to it

Small campsite but very well maintained. Swimming pool was a delight. Showers and toilets were immaculate .. about a 30 minute walk into the Grotto. Great place to stay if you don’t mind the walk or cycle .

Fresh water hose beside toilet dump which may be used to clean toilet.. possibility of contamination.

The camping pod was very comfortable and affordable, we made use of the fitness machines and sauna and swimming pool. We had some good food at the restaurant. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a peaceful time.

The soap needed replenishing at the swimming pool.
