Camping municipal du Val de Sarthe

After our car broke down we ended up here quite by chance. The owner of the campsite is a very friendly and helpful person. We immediately felt very comfortable here. The sanitary facilities are very clean, the lounge has a large TV, games and books, seating and a table football. There is a dog run on the site. The adjacent river creates an idyllic atmosphere. We enjoyed being here and would love to come too!

Lovely quiet site in an historic little town with narrow streets, old buildings and a chateau. Pitches large and sheltered. Recently refurbished toilet block is spotlessly clean, with lots of hot water and there is a comfortable room to sit and relax in. The young woman at reception was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and telling us about the town.

great camping site. nice pitches good facilities and a 10 minute walk to town. great if you have a canoe. open field for dogs to run.

Have been camping here for years, toilets showers are always kept clean, site is nice with choice of pitches, nice setting next to river, nice small town, plenty of shops for supplies, Ideal for le mans or a stop off if heading south.
