We stayed in our caravan on a really large flat grass pitch with electric and water for 2 nights. The toilet block was modern with decent clean toilets ( No seat), hot showers and usual washing up, washing etc. The only negative feature was the chemical disposal point which was free to empty chemical toilets but cost extra to fill a camper van with water. The restaurant bar served pizzas, burgers etc which were pleasant and saved cooking with the drinks at the bar decently prices. It would be good if the staff could provide a few french dishes on the menu rather than just fast food Nice bagettes etc can be ordered for collection at reception each morning. There is a swimming pool and play area but we didn't use either. The staff we met were all really nice and helpful with much better english than I can manage French. The location is very nice with a scenic water area nearby in the village and cycle paths close. The nearest main supermarket is at Peronne which is about 10 minutes drive away. A great place to stay to access the southern half of the Somme battlefields with the nearest British military Cemetery a mile away.

This is a very nice site, and it is clearly having some money spent on the facilities. The toilets and showers are still being installed but what are installed already are of a very high standard. (But obviously no seats or paper) The reception is run by a very friendly couple who also run a snack bar onsite. You are able to order bread in the evening for collection the following morning. A well placed site for visiting the Somme battlefields and memorials. This highlight of which for me was the Australian Memorial at Villiers Bretoneaux with one of the finest museums
