This small-scale campsite is situated in a beautiful spot in the Drôme Valley, in the department of the same name in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The Drôme offers plenty of variety in terms of landscapes. While the western part is relatively flat, in the eastern part you'll find a low mountain range belonging to the foothills of the French Alps. Camping de Chamarges Onlycamp is located in the east, just outside the picturesque town of Die and right on the river. The campsite is surrounded by lavender fields, vast forest areas and imposing mountain peaks and massifs. It is a quiet, authentic campsite with an outdoor swimming pool and a snack bar with terrace.

The camping was very agreeable. The staff were excellent and the facilities were brand new. We had the place to ourselves for the beginning of the week but at the end of our stay there was a velo race and the place was full and still so good.
