Nature as far as the eye can see: forests, meadows and a grand view of the lakes reflecting the surrounding landscape... That is what you will find on this simple, yet very rural campsite, situated directly on the Plauer See (in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). You can choose your own pitch on Wald- und Seeblick Camp, and usually, you will be able to find one on the lake. Definitely bring your fishing rod with you!

Beautiful pitches by the lake

The campsite grounds are reasonably large, with 180 seasonal pitches for permanent campers and 220 touring pitches. The layout is simple and welcoming, without any bells and whistles. The pitches that you can freely choose from are spacious. Everyone will be able to find a pitch close to the lake or at least have a good view of the lake. You camp on a beautiful grassy pitch with quite a lot of trees and shrubs.

Time to hit the water!

The Plauer See is ideal for going swimming. There is also a sandy beach. You can reach the water's edge just by crossing the campsite on foot. There are plenty of water sports options available: windsurfing, water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Taking your own motor or sailing yacht (up to 10 metres) with you is allowed, and even considered normal here. There is a sports field and also a playground for the children.

Food and drink

In Malchow (12 km) and Waren (32 km), you will find shops and supermarkets for your (main) grocery shopping. The campsite itself has a simple supermarket (with daily fresh bread). There is a small restaurant with a light menu and the snack bar is open in the summer months. The catering facilities on this campsite are very welcoming!

Es war sehr schön auf dem Platz. Hunde sind willkommen. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind ein wenig weit weg gewesen und wenn man den Chip nicht dabei hatte musste man zweimal gehen. Es gibt einen kleinen Kiosk und es gab einen Foodtruck ein wenig zu teuer.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Platz direkt am Wasser. Toiletten und Platz sind super sauber. See ist klar und flach. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles Super ! Das ist noch Camping
Schöne Umgebung. Sanitäranlagen sind schon etwas älter , aber sauber.
Personal ist immer nett auch wenn es Stress gibt.

Als Paar mit WoMo ohne Hund das erste Mal auf diesem Platz. Sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand alles perfekt. Die Dame an der Reception nicht sehr freundlich (sind anderes gewohnt) aber vielleicht einfach Ausländer (Schweizer) gegenüber normal. WC/Duschen sehr alt aber zumindest sauber. Schritttempo im 1. Gang fahren gilt scheinbar nicht für die Einheimische. Kiosk und Imbissecke ok, doch das Angebot ist etwas gar dürftig, denn Einkaufen in der Region ohne Auto ist schwierig.

Wir waren über Pfingsten auf einem Stellplatz direkt am See, sehr schön, leider weite Wege zum Duschen und Brötchen holen.

Super Stellplatz direkt am See
Wir waren mit drei Campmobilen da und hatten eine total entspannte Zeit
Sanitäranlagen sind zwar veraltet aber sehr sauber.
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption.
Wer Ruhe und Natur mag ist hier genau richtig.
Danke für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt

Wunderschöner Campingplatz. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Eingezäunter Hundebadestrand mit Auslauf. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber und in Ordnung. Ich fühlte mich mit meinem Hund sehr wohl auf meinem Wohnwagenstellplatz direkt am See. Naturschauspiele wie z. Bsp. das Beobachten der Wasservögel inclusive. Danke für diesen tollen Campingplatz.

Wie waren schon mehrfach auf diesem schönen Campingplatz.
Er ist perfekt um Ruhe und Erhohlung zu finden
Infrastruktur ist etwas dünn aber man kann sich darauf einstellen
Schön ist es , dass es wieder einen Kiosk gibt wo man täglich Brötchen bekommt

War wie jedes Jahr wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Campingplatz hat sich zum Positiven verändert (kann ich so sagen , fahren schon seid ca 15 Jahren da hin) . Auch in Zislow im Hafen habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt, Hafenmeister ist ein guter Ansprechpartner und sehr freundlich.
