Prümtal-Camping Oberweis is a climate-friendly family campsite on the River Prüm in the green countryside of Eifel. The campsite has won various prizes and has an excellent entertainment team, good restaurant and a wonderful heated outdoor swimming pool with a slide. From the campsite, you can easily explore the various hiking and cycling routes with the campsite's app. For families, the Eifelpark and Dinopark are nearby. Tickets can be bought with a discount at the campsite. The various prizes this campsite has won are testimony to the fact you are staying at a first-class campsite here. The owner ensures you feel welcome and is very friendly and enthusiastic. The campsite has the ‘Klimafreundlich Betrieb' (climate-friendly operations) label and is committed to protecting the environment.

Heated outdoor swimming pool

If your holiday is not complete without a dip in the water, then the River Prüm flows past the campsite and is the perfect place for an afternoon of fun in the water. The campsite also has a heated outdoor pool with a playful water fountain and a wide water slide. The children’s pool, which is separated from the deep pool, is a safe place for the little ones to play.

Themed weeks

The entertainment team offers a varied programme based on themed weeks, such as a ‘caboodle of chaos’ week and a ‘thieves’ week. Activities are organised every morning (except on Saturdays), afternoon and evening. On Wednesdays, the campsite goes all out with even more games, snacks and drinks and great crafting activities.

First-class restaurant

The lovely restaurant Köhler-Stuben is situated next to the campsite swimming pool. Enjoy a good meal on the patio or in cold weather, in the conservatory with a wonderful view of Prüm Valley. The campsite also has its own pizzeria: Papa Razzo. Here you can eat in or take away a delicious pizza or pasta dish.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Top camping met zeer vriendelijk (nederlandstalig) personeel. 2 weken verbleven met partner, dochter van 10jaar en een hondje.
Zeer kind en hond vriendelijke camping. Wij gaan volgend jaar zeker terug voor 2 weken.
Restaurant basic en lekker maar niet echt ons ding. Goede broodjesservice maar als je het vergeet is de bakker op wandelafstand.
Kinderanimatie goed georganiseerd en nederlandstalig.
Zwembad heel fijn alleen redelijk fris water. Helaas kan de hond niet op het grasveld aan het zwembad mee.

Zoals de meeste commentaren een top camping, vriendelijk en te voorkomen, zijn er voor en na de overstroming geweest, en de sfeer is zelfs beter geworden.
Enig min puntje is de relatief drukke weg aan de overkant van de rivier.

In een woord geweldig!
We waren hier 2 weken in juni 2023 en hebben genoten!
Vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig; luxe en schoon toiletgebouw. Aan prachtig riviertje de Pruem gelegen; mooi groot zwembad; goed restaurant. we komen hier vast nog een keer terug!

Een prachtige en zeer schone camping. Mooie plekjes, groot genoeg. We hebben heerlijk gegeten. mooie speeltuin voor kinderen en een groot groen sportveld.

Supermooie camping, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Altijd met een vriendelijke glimlach, geen moeite is teveel.
Hebben er 2 weken gestaan, helaas gooide het weer roet in het eten, waardoor we toch besloten te vertrekken.
Sanitair supermooi, heerlijk zwembad waar wel iets beter schoongemaakt kan worden in de kleedhokjes.

Supervakantie gehad! Pluspunten: personeel, voldoende animatie, gezelligheid op het voetbalveld tot in de avond. Rust in de hele late avond. Mooie omgeving. Maar een half uur rijden naar toeristische plekken: Duivelskloof, Viande en Trier. Alles wordt goed bijgehouden. (Stiekem fijn dat ze ook NL sprekend personeel hebben, ook het animatieteam). Heerlijk gezwommen in het meertje, dammen gebouwd en visjes gevangen met een netje.
