Camping Ouranoupoli is situated directly by the sea, along the access road to the Mount Athos peninsula, which is part of the larger Halkidiki peninsula. The Mount Athos peninsula is a monastic republic, an autonomous area which is only accessible to men. The village of Ouranopoli is within walking distance of the campsite.

Great little campsite! Could just do with toilet paper and soap at the bathroom. verry clean and quiet with a beautifull small beach. the neighbour has a rooster with an obligatory wake up call :)
