Campsite De Krabbeplaat is a perfect spot for a camping holiday by the water. This family campsite with own beach and private harbour is located directly on Lake Den Briel. From here, it is only a fifteen minute drive to the Maasvlakte beach on the North Sea. There are all sorts of activities for the entire family on the campsite. While the children jump around on the bouncy castle or play a game of soccer at the water's edge, you can shows off your skills at a game of tennis. Or get onto the water: learn waterskiing or explore Lake Den Briel in a boat.

Stayed here for a few days on are way around the Netherlands. Good location. Sanitary facilities was good.

Paid full amount through bank transfer still had to pay 39 euros for card to operate showers only had 12th euros back . Restaurant was opened on the Sunday never seen it opened again we left on the Wednesday as planned.

We stayed 3 nights to see Rotterdam, Hague and Scheveningen and maybe else. Camping was a middle to see all atractions what we wanted. Rhere was a zoo too and for us it was a surprise.

Fast check in. Decent pitches. Lovely area with excellent cycle routes from the site.

Food at the restaurant was at best only average quality.

the setting is perfect!

I felt sorry for the cleaning staff because people just left empty bottles, shaving foam and other unpleasant things in the showers and especially at the sinks. I wonder whether the shower system really saves that much water. I finished way before the water stopped. If would be good if you could turn it off yourself.
