The campsite's elongated shape means you can camp anywhere near the lake. You will be staying a few hundred metres from the village of Balatonakali. The seaside resort of Balatonfüred is fifteen kilometres away.

Nice location and we got pitch literally by the lake of Balaton. Toilet facilities was quite clean but pretty old and without heating. There was a lot of fishermans but we didn't have our fishing rods with us. There is railroad close to campingsite but it didn't bother us. There are some MTB-trails near campsite. Not the best but worked for us. Nice place to stay few days.
