Killarney Flesk Caravan Park is located on the outskirts of the popular town of Killarney in county Kerry. Despite being a real town campsite, the site exudes peace and quiet. The campsite is located where town and nature meet. With the Killarney National Park as backdrop, the campsite is very popular with nature lovers, walkers and cyclists alike. Quiet town campsite

Killarney Flesk Caravan Park is a town campsite, fairly close to the built-up area. Yet it is very peaceful. As the campsite is not located along the road, the traffic noise does not reach your pitch. You camp here on grass fields or a hardened surface, with the mountains of Killarney National Park in the background.

Indoor swimming pool

Adjacent to the campsite you will find an indoor swimming pool and other sports facilities. Perfect for swimming a few lengths or to work up a sweat. You have to pay an entrance fee for the swimming pool.

Ring of Kerry

Killarney is located on The Ring of Kerry, an (auto)route of some two hundred km which leads you through the most beautiful natural areas and along the rugged coast with its steep cliffs. An absolute must if you want to explore the splendour of the south of Ireland.

Pubs and restaurants

Next to the campsite is a Chinese (take-away) restaurant as well as a restaurant which serves special regional dishes. Tourist-oriented Killarney also has an abundance of eateries. And of course, the lively pubs are well worth a visit as well. With its charming colourful streets, Killarney has an authentic Irish look.

Travelling party: Couple

Gepflegter, zweckmäßiger und betriebswirtschaftlich geführter Platz. Freundlichste Kraft im Team war die Dame, die die sanitären Einrichtungen pflegte. Zwei junge Herren wickelten die Rezeption ab. Beide wirkten interesselos und wenig professionell, unsere Reservierung war nicht mehr auffindbar. Gäste mit schlechten Englischkenntnisse wurden zur Belustigung der Belegschaft veralbert. Zwei Halbstarke mit Fahrrädern (Rezeption?) belästigten in der Nacht die Gäste. Im Bereich Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft an der Rezeption könnten die Betreiber mit viel Luft nach oben nachbessern.
