Uniquely located, beautifully landscaped, large water sports campsite. Because of the layout with several fields/terraces, the campsite feels smaller than it really is. The view is priceless.

This is a large campsite in a stunning location with great views from many of the pitches. Unfortunately, most of the good locations are reserved for seasonal pitches and campers, and we were directed to a small motorhome area towards the bottom of the site that was quite cramped and pitches were oriented so that the next van blocked any view you might have had. There is access to the sea from a number of coves and it's good for swimming, paddleboarding and canoeing. We would have bought or hired a paddleboard, but strangely nowhere within 20 miles seemed to sell them. There is also a pretty tired tennis court that we booked for an hour. There are various toilet blocks which were generally fairly clean, but not perfect due to the large numbers using them. Again, due to the large numbers in August, there were rogue children wandering the site unsupervised and we often had people walk directly across our pitch whilst we were sitting there, which spoiled things a little. We had our bikes with us, but the busy main road from the site in either direction is not the best for cycling unfortunately. We also caught the bus to Bantry, which was pleasant for an hour or so, but nothing special. If we were to return it would be for the scenery and we would visit out-of-season.

Stayed here in early September, had a great site for our tent with lovely views of the bay. Beautiful location and very clean. Camp site and all amenities excellent, great for kayak or swimming. Showers, toilet block, spotless. Washing machines and dryers for clothes if required. Local \'Centra\' supermarket opposite camp site with great range of products. Can walk to a pub from site approx 1km. Lovely Bantry town nearby. Highly reccomend Eagle Point and will return.

Every tiny detail is thought of. Each pitch is prepared meticulously before arrival and the hosts ensure every guest is cared for. The scenery is stunning and there is lots to see close by. The site is secure with a coded barrier and feels very safe for solo female campers
