Small campsite, 500 metres from the historic village of Clonakilty. Very quiet, remote and lovely. With lots of sports possibilities, such as fishing and golf. Various pubs with music in the centre.

Would avoid this place. The photos are very generous and don\'t highlight the angled field you\'ll be placed on. I\'m not sure how you\'d be able to sleep on the field in a tent or campervan. The campsite features dated, old facilities. The water tap is broken and hard to use to fill up water bottles. And that\'s before you get onto the rude owner who was unhappy we\'d \"obviously been wild camping\" (paraphrasing) An assumption he had based on us using water and black services when we arrived. Regardless of whether we\'d wild-camped or not, we paid for a night on the campsite and should be able to use the services we\'d paid 25 euros for while we stay there. If you\'re looking for a campsite in the area, we drove past Sextons on the way out which looked lovely, flat and modern.
