Camping Aan de Grens

I stayed here just for a long weekend whilst visiting the Caravan Salon in Dusseldorf, which is about 45 mins away. Lovely quite site with pitches set around the perimeter of several small lawns. with a tap, grey water drain and electric post per 2 pitches, so very convenient. pitches are half hard (for the awning and grass). level, though with ants nests, which was a little anoying. Not the fault of the owner, but during the weekend there must have been a music festival or concert on as loud music could be heard into the late evening, and on the sunday night the restaraut across the road had some noisy customers outside until late evening. I didn\'t use any of the facilities other than to empty the toilet, but they looked ok. I got told off for not leaving the pitch by the required time, even though i hadn\'t been advised of what time to leave (was given no information leaflet nor was there anything advertised), however, all very friendly. there\'s a massive woodland for walking and cycling surrounding the campsite, which is good for exercising dogs and humans :)
