We were on a grass based pitch which after heavy rain was naturally soggy. The English speaking staff were very friendly and helpful as were the staff in the restaurant helpfully translating the menu board for use and subsequently serving up a very tasty Saturday night meal. The showers had a card system that counted down how much credit was left on a card reception had provided, a little disconcerting when having a shower and knowing your better half also wanted a shower - hence you had a very quick and short shower!
