The family campsite Siblu Camping Meerwijck, in the far north of the Netherlands, is in a stunning setting near the village of Kropswolde. The campsite is in a unique location in the forest and by the Zuidlaardermeer combined with a lively marina. The restaurant and the swimming pool are lovely facilities, and it is also a paradise here for children thanks to the entertainment, the playground and the beach. Cycling fans and water sports enthusiasts will have the time of their lives in the area.

Camping in Groningen

You can enjoy the countryside to the full amid the Dutch landscapes and just south of Groningen. There are various towns and village in the area, for example for groceries or to go out for a bite to eat. The central location is convenient, close to the A7 and A28 motorways, in the triangle between Laren, Hogezand and Zuidlaren.

Lovely fields

If you come with your own tent, caravan or motorhome, then you pitch on grass. Many touring pitches are on neat fields, with a small playground in the middle for the youngest campers. If you would like to spend the night in accommodation, you also have various options: a hiker's cabin, a lovely glamping tent, a furnished mobile home or a cool pod.

Heated indoor swimming pool

A big plus at Siblu Camping Meerwijck is the indoor swimming pool. It is a lovely swimming pool for all ages. It's not massive, but it is nicely landscaped. The spacious private sandy beach is ideal for outdoor swimming fun. It is by shallow water and it only takes a few steps to reach from your camping pitch.

Travelling party: Couple

Wir waren über den 1. Mai in Meerwijck und können leider nichts Positives berichten.
Angefangen mit dem Stellplatz Kwikstaart 8, der viel zu klein und vollkommen uneben war. Am Freitagabend ertönte ab 22 Uhr sehr laute Musik aus dem benachbarten Beachclub, an Schlaf war leider nicht zu denken. Beschwerden an der Rezeption wurden mit einem Schulterzucken abgetan. Ja und dann waren da noch unsere direkten Nachbarn, die sich meistens mit 8 - 10 Personen in ihrem Vorzelt aufhielten und eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse verursachten
( einschließlich einer Geburtstagsfeier mit 20 Personen am Samstag) Jeden Morgen um halb sieben wurde im Vorzelt die erste Zigarette genossen, natürlich begleitet von Musik und lauten Gesprächen.
Ein entspanntes Wochenende sieht anders aus ...oder?
Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder...versprochen!!!!!!

Travelling party: Single

Der Platz wird dominiert von Mobilheimen ohne Dauercamperkitsch. Er ist äußerst gepflegt. Die Reinigungszeiten sollten überdacht werden: Sie finden mit Sperrung der Anlage in der Zeit statt, in der sie erfahrungsgemäß stark frequentiert werden: Zwischen. 07.00 und 08.00 Uhr. Die Anzahl der angeleinten Hunde sollte besser überprüft werden. Mir gegenüber stand ein älteres Paar mit 4 nicht angeleinten Hunden, die Besuch bekamen inklusive 2 Hunden, natürlich nicht stets angeleint. Der Sandspielplatz ist ein Platz für Kinder, nicht für Hunde.
