Camping De Zandput lies just outside of Vrouwenpolder, a friendly coastal resort in the northwest of Walcheren, which is a former island in the Zeeland province. This campsite is beautifully located in the Manteling nature reserve of Walcheren and along the extensive sandy beach of the North Sea. Wonderful bicycle rides cross the island, leaving from the campsite, and the fun historic city of Middelburg is close by (12 km). The Zandput is a large yet quiet campsite that, during the high season, is very attractive to families with children.

Have fun camping next to dunes

This campsite is mainly dominated by camping pitches. The touring pitches are located on playfully landscaped fields, for the most part next to the dunes. The toilet and washing facilities are wonderful with water-saving showers and urinals. This holiday park also offers overnight stays in a luxury bungalow or a modern safari tent.

Activities in the high season and free swimming at Roompot Beach Resort

Although De Zandput is a rather quiet campsite throughout the year, the park really comes to life during the summer holidays. In July and August, there are lots of things for families with children to do. Entertainment at Campsite De Zandput consists of creative and sporty workshops and activities. Fun for campsite visitors of all ages!

If you stay at Camping De Zandput, you have free access to the indoor swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland, about ten kilometres away. This swimming pool complex includes a wave pool, rapids, a wading pool, a 63-metre-long water slide and an outdoor swimming pool.

Op een standaard camperplaats gestaan in oktober. Deze plaatsen zijn onverhard en met regen modderig. Geen satellietontvangst ivm hoge bomen op het Zuiden. Je hebt er praktish geen zon. Het nabij gelegen natuurgebied Oranjezon is moeilijk bereikbaar ivm vele km prikkeldraad. Ver omlopen via het strand. Verder is dit een aangename camping met redelijk, ook verwarmd sanitair. Het strand is goed bereikbaar, wel een eindje wandelen. Leuke fietsomgeving.

Es wird keine Nachtruhe eingehalten. Lautes Plaudern und Lachen bis um ca. 02.00 Uhr Nachts. Auch wird häufig mit dem PKW wärend der Nachtruhe noch herumgefahren. Die Direktion überwacht nichts. Zelte stehen auf den gleichen Parzellen zwischen den Wohnwagen, was aus meiner Sicht schon ein No-Go ist. Sanitäranlagen sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, was aber weniger schlimm wäre, wenn diese auch wirklich sauber wären. Es wir zwar täglich \"geputzt\", aber nicht sauber. Supermarkt hat nur Halbtags geöffnet.

Wir waren dort für circa vier Tage, obwohl nur eine Übernachtung geplant war. Aber die gute Lage direkt am Strand und die allgemeinen guten und angenehmen Bedingungen haben uns dazu veranlasst länger zu bleiben als geplant

Mooie ruime staanplaatsen, water op loopafstand. In de camp winkel lag vlees in de vriezer dat maanden over de houdbaarheidsdatum was. Extra tijd bijboeken was geen probleem, moesten wel verkassen.

Sehr gepflegter Platz mit sauberem Sanitär und sehr hundefreundlich. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen, besonders auch die Nordsee.
Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit.

vom 14.10-24.10.2021 einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Alles gut, doch das Sanitär knapp. Das Personal sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatte mein Aufladekabel vom Smartphone zu Hause vergessen, es wurde mir eins ausgeliehen, danke!
Kommen jedenfalls wieder.

Hebben een zeer ruime plek gehad met vanaf s’ochtends tot s’avonds zo’n
Voldoende ruimte voor auto en royale bijzettent.
10 tot 15 min. Lopen naar de zee (mooi strand)
Sanitair goed douchen zonder muntjes, Walcheren is een eiland met voldoende mogelijkheden
Kortom een aanrader
