In the eastern part of the Veluwe, located in woodland, you will find campsite De Wildhoeve. The campsite is divided into many small fields, thus creating a small-scale atmosphere. In addition to camping pitches, the campsite also offers some unique accommodation. There is plenty of water fun to be had on the campsite, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, slides and a water playground.

Unplanned stay for a week as our motorhome had a mechanical issue. Great value and weather allowed use of both the pools. Plenty of space to walk or cycle. Wildlife on our pitch was regular red squirrels, hares and many birds. At night we could hear wild boar in the forests. Unlike UK sites this is relaxed and natural, not regimented hard standings. Facilities are very good and clean. Plenty of showers in various buildings around the site. Laundry room too. Very good value for the week, water on pitch and electric. WiFi is available and signal is average depending where you are on site. Very secure with barrier operated by reception and tokens.
