Camping Waldwiesen is situated just outside the small town of Birkenfeld (Rheinland-Pfalz) in a non-tourist region with beautiful scenery. The campsite consists of a 'nature area', beautifully laid out like a park with very well-maintained greenery. The sanitary facilities are slightly dated but are kept very clean. There is a wide range of rental accommodations on the grounds.
