Location and access to lake
Too many closed toilets, no lighting in showers, poor cleaning of sanitation areas. The site has changed to far too many mobile homes, at the cost of lack of camping pitches

really lovely site we had pitch overlooking the lake which was beautiful and great for canoeing on downside was we went onto wrong pitch marked for tents which is very hard to see as at ground level. so we got stuck in the sand I went to reception to ask if they could help and pull us out as we had been told by other people there that this regularly happened the young man on reception told me it was our problem I told him what we had been told and asked to speak to his manager he told me to come back in an hour meanwhile I saw a young man near our motorhome on a tractor I explained our problem he said he would phone his boss who said he would be over in 5 minutes Morgan the young man stood and waited with us and assured me that they would be able to pull us out of the sand. within 20 minutes our van was out thank you to Morgan who was courteous and very friendly. if only all staff like him
