Castel Camping le Brévedent

Amazing visit, staff were just the best we've meet. Very present with the campers. The animals at the front were amazing for the little one. Just the whole feel of this place was amazing.

We picked this website as we wanted to explore the Calvados area in our motorhome and we're really pleased we did. There is an amazing variety of pitches so something for everyone - we chose one overlooking the lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an on-site restaurant that we used a couple of times; mostly pizzas and burgers but tasty and always delivered quickly; and the one waiter in the restaurant was outstanding, never forgot an order no matter how busy the restaurant was. There is also a take-away service. There is a small shop on site with just enough essentials and of course bread(s) can be ordered for morning collection. The new toilet block is very shiny and modern but there was no-where to hang up towels, clothes etc. in the showers and the water only flowed if you kept your hand on the button. We preferred the older block by the motorhome service point. The swimming pool and surrounds was spotless and we had a couple of lovely swims; a great asset to the site. An excellent site that we unreservedly recommend.
