Champagne-Ardennes is a rural region in Northern France with a large number of small farming villages and vast fields. Camping La Croix Badeau is situated on the outskirts of Soulaines-Dhuys, a village intersected by the Laine River. There are several bridges over the river as well as beautiful half-timbered houses on the water. The region has several beautiful nature reserves around large lakes. In the vicinity of those are all kinds of lovely sights and museums.

Stayed 2 nights July. Fantastic little site. Big pitches, electric, swimming pool. Very close to small sleepy village that was lovely. Owners where fantastic and couldn’t do enough. Order bread etc for morning and small supermarket in village. Would definitely go again. Thank you.
