We stayed for 8 nights, exploring the Bernese mountains and the Interlaken area through travel and hiking. The staff is very friendly and helpful with both camping issues and information for travel tips and excursions. The site and facilities are extremely clean. I was offered a sewer pipe to connect at the pitch, and with the water tap in the pitch, it was almost "fully hooked" which is most convenient. The shower's hot water is included in the site's price, so no need for annoying coin insertions. There are, though, a bit too few sanitary cabins considering the site's size. For men, I didn't notice any significant issues, but for women, there was a bit of a queue. The local bus is a ~10-minute walk from the campsite, and with the guest card, it was free of charge. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looks very nice and inviting.
