Camping La AldeaCat.1

Busy campsite, much developed since our previous visit over 10 years ago. The town of El Rocio is still well worth visiting as is the region despite the drought.

Travelling with my partner we Had to wait nearly an hour for our electricity to be connected as the cabinet is locked at all times. Really inconvenient. A stray dog was running around the camp site in search of food and following people everywhere. The campers next to us had 3 cats with them, how, I do not know. We woke to cat poo under our camper and our young dog going crazy as they were sat on the bonnet.

Just love to stay here. Been coming for over 25 years. Toilet facilities dated, but always cleaned. Hot water for dishes. Walk to town. However, if Donana is destroyed by over production of the land, the Birdlife will disappear completely and we won\'t be coming anymore. Stayed in most months except summer

The toilet facilities were very poor , the site was busy as it was a holiday weekend in Andalusia , only one facilities block was open and that was very outdated , the only good feature was the water was hot . We first visited this site about 15 years ago and it appears no investment has been made in that time . This site should not be accepted by ACSI .
