I love this campsite. One of my top favourites in Spain. Hardly changed since we were here a few years ago. Small pitches and impossible access for anything much bigger than our VW California. But it’s very pretty, with small lawns and lots of roses (in early May). Plenty of shade. More a sense of camping in a terraced family orchard than a commercial site. All the pitches were taken when we arrived without a reservation, but we were able to park in the lower campers’ car park and benefit from the lower lawn. Loved the nightingales and cuckoos. P.S. Nerves of steel required to navigate the town via the direct road from the campsite. Don’t even think of it in a bigger vehicle than ours!

we only stayed for 2 days but it’s a quiet well run site with very helpful staff. The site is very steep to get into from the road but worth the effort as the pitches are well shaded and fairly level. The facilities are kept spotless and there is bread available each morning. It’s a short 20 min walk to the town which is well worth the effort.
