Camping Madrid Arco Iris

friendly staff. nothing too much hassle. pitches very typical European pitches. a bit tight for our 8m van. we had one of those neighbour that didn’t care about who was parked next to them. but u can’t blame the campsite for that. bus stop close to the site but timetable to go into Madrid doesn’t work. had to wait ages for buses to get into Madrid. but in all an ok site.

called for a booking as they don’t seem to email . so rude to me I tried my learner Spanish and he just hung up . this is what I was email later Keeping a conversation on the road and with your hands free is impossible. The quality of the conversation is very poor. If you consider this question a lack of respect, we would appreciate it if you chose another campsite. All the best. I was in a rest area and was so clear he got frustrated because spoke broken Spanish he spoke no English even though he works at international campsite so rather than try work it out hangs up and then blames my phone ! says it all . we were will to look beyond the many bad reviews but look the truth always finds it way .we never got a chance to review site but the reception was enough so not fair to blame all the staff or facilities .
