this is a lovely site with all the amenities you could wish for. the staff are very pleasant, helpful and happy to help. the pool is lovely, all footwear left at the entrance and sunbeds a plenty. our pitch was with ACSI and we had no complaints at all. the free bus to town is a big plus and is run most efficiently. didn’t use the coach to Barcelona but it is easy to book and organise. the only negative was the quality of the food in the restaurant, but the servers were polite and professional

A great site for visiting BarceloMatarona. They offer a regular bus service to Barcelona, and a free bus to beaches to nearby Mataro. Good pitches, clean, shop, pool... what more could you ask for!

We stayed en route down to Valencia so we could visit Barcelona. ASIC not available on larger pitches so we were packed in a bit, but managed ok, we’re 9.3m. Clean toilets & showers lots of hot water. Free bus into town & beach and x2 coaches run into Barcelona each day for a small fee, we took the motorbike, have to register for low emission zone. Didn’t try restaurant or pool. Price was high compared to other sites which I’d rate higher.

We stayed 3 nights as we wanted a site near to Barcelona. ASCI pitches are the small pitches Friendly staff, site does what it needs to, great showers and pot wash. They have a free bus into town / beach every day its @ 2 mile walk following train line, not for those unsteady on their feet. Run a bus x2 per day for trips into Barcelona, we have a motorbike so used that, need to register to low emission. Good site if your purpose is Barcelona visit.

good facilities- clean, hot water, plenty of space. pitches good sizes, mainly teird facing the sea but not all with sea view. between the site and the sea are 4 lanes of traffic and a railway line, so don\'t expect peace and quiet. nice pool, good staff. free bus to local town, daily bus to Barcelona for €4pp each way. now for the bad...the restaurant is a disgrace. for a restaurant in Spain not knowing how to make paella is crazy. probably the worst meal I\'ve ever had. the roast chicken must have been road kill. liked the site, hated the restsurant and not so keen on the road & train noise. unlikely to return.
