Beautiful and quiet campsite with good toilet facilities. With a café/bar and options for horseback riding. Located by a river suitable for swimming. The town is historic; very picturesque, definitely worth a visit.

Had great difficulty finding the site as the signs from the motorway had a different name from the one in the ACSI book!! Steep decent into the site but able to exit through the horse exit which was a gentle incline. Lovely restaurant with good food!

A pleasant site, very beautifully maintained and nice to use. Located in parkland, spacious level pitches and green surroundings. we would happily re visit.

Excellent stay, can’t fault the site, would strongly recommend. Very dog friendly, beautiful walks. Very clean facilities and staff we’re very helpful.
