In June 1979 I pitched my two man tent near a wall. It was a lovely location next to the sea! I visited the kiosk who had gifts for me. I visited the historic Church where my mother’s mother’s father was baptised. The pastor still had a book with my ancestor Adolphus Ferdinand (Nilsson) Areskog (Areskog). The family shared some wonderful strawberries and cream. I have fond memories of my time there and will revisit in June 2026.
