Another major draw at Waldbad Camping Isny GmbH is the lake, which features a natural fountain. It is a wonderful place to swim! You can dry off on the large lawn after taking a cool dip. Then enjoy the lake even more with a view from the restaurant terrace. Or take a walk in the beautiful German countryside.

This site has some unique features such as the spring fed lake and the woodland setting. The weather was not good so did not see the site at its best. Got the impression it could be ready for an end of season refresh and general maintenance, however, these were small points and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

spacious pitches
clean sanitary facilities more often or check their cleanliness everything the seasonal guests (Germans) touch is left dirty: BBQs, washing machines, dryers, showers, toilets... for us a NO GO, too bad for the staff who are 200% committed to this campsite. Also, as a foreigner, you are just looked at by the seasonal guests (Germans) as if you don't belong there.

Lovely and diverse hiking closeby. The lake is amazing to cool off in. The restaurant provides a nice spot to sit and relax.
