Camping Clippesby Hall

This is a super campsite, in stunning grounds, within the Norfolk Broads. The facilities are very good, and the Basecamp (cafe/shop/restaurant/relaxing area etc) is a unique feature which really adds to what this site has to offer. There is loads to do in the surrounding area, with the Norfolk Broads and the coast only a few minutes away. And there is cycling along country lanes directly from the camp site. The pitches are spread out within various different parts of the extensive grounds, from open lawns to quite forest glades. It is marvellous

An early Autumn break before the school half-term holidays ; we booked the day before travelling. Fantastic facilities and a smashing bar/restaurant (serving cooked breakfast & a good choice of specials for lunchtime) with friendly staff. Sunday lunch was well patronised ; very good value ! The pool was not open during our stay (17th - 21st October). Would definitely recommend; being close to the Broads; lots of walking & cycle routes.
