Route:

Coming from Catania on the A18, take exit Giarre. Continue towards Messina on the SS114 as far as Mascali. Turn right at traffic lights. Camp site on the right after 2 km. Coming from Messina on the A18, take Fiumefreddo exit. Follow Catania. Stay on the SS114 as far as Mascali.

Schöne Plätze mit Sicht auf den Äthna. Toillettenanlagen sehr veraltet und zu wenig. Gutes Restaurant am Platz.

Mooi gelegen met zicht op de Etna. Ruime staanplaatsen. Het sanitair is in slechte staat en is duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Het restaurant op de camping is redelijk.

2 alte Toletten,1 kalt und 2 Warmduschen, sind zuwenig. Der trost ist der Etnablick und die schöne Umgebung.

Druk gebied. Camping, zelf plek zoeken.
Sanitair niet echt schoon. Er komen reisgroepen jongeren uit Polen/Hongarije. Wij hadden last van lawaai 's nachts. Leuk strand, kiezeltjes. Lekkere golven. Goed uitgangspunt om de Etna te bezoeken!

De campingbaas is een vriendelijke man en spreekt wat Duits. Het sanitair is verouderd. Warm water voor afwassen is er niet. Elke dag douchemuntjes ophalen. Van het kiezelstrand blijft niet veel over ivm de aldaar staande strandtenten. Mooi uitzicht op de Etna, voor in de avonduren kan men de lavastroom zien. Op de camping kan men goed en niet duur eten. Uitstapjes naar de Etna, de steden Catania, Taormina en de direkte omgeving.
