From Madrid A4 exit 37 Aranjuez Norte. Turn left after 8 km before Aranjuez and follow camping signs. From the south exit 52, then straight through the town. At the last roundabout on the left next to 'La Rana Verde'. Follow camping signs.

This is an excellent site. Of all the sites we have used this is in the top five. The Royal palace is well within walking distance across “Jardine de Principe” one of the palace gardens, which in it self is very attractive. Sanitary facilities always cleaned twice a day and either heayee or air conditioned. Restaurant/Bar excellent, very Spanish, well priced and good food. Well used by visiting Spanish, which is a recommendation in its self! All the Reception staff were more than friendly and helpful. Arunjuez is a lovely town good bars, restaurants and good Spanish shopping. Two “Mercadonas” and a “E Leclerc” hypermarket. The on site shop is well stocked at fair prices. Further afield Toledo is just 40 minutes with free parking across the road from the bus station where a bus can be caught for the short trip to Plaza Zocodover in the middle of the old city. Chinchon, just 15 miles, is well worth a visit and the site is on the road to go there.

Centrum Aranjuez ligt binnen wandelafstand alsook het treinstation, van waar je in ca. 45 min het midden van Madrid kunt bereiken. Het Paleis en de tuinen van Aranjuez zijn wondermooi. Je kan er uren in rondwandelen, spijtig genoeg mag je er niet fietsen. Goede info gekregen op de camping. Sanitair en zwembad van de camping prima. Zeer tevreden over ons verblijf! Een aanrader voor degenen die iets willen zien!

Wij zijn afgelopen zomer 2011 op deze camping twee weken geweest en het is ons zeer goed bevallen .We zijn op deze camping op de bonnefooi terecht gekomen omdat we in de buurt van Madrid maar ook van Toledo wilde zijn, nu dat is gelukt. Madrid is goed bereikbaar met de auto maar ook met de trein kun je vanuit het schitterende plaatsje Aranjuez heel makkelijk en goedkoop naar het Centrum van Madrid. Het was deze zomer erg warm in de omgeving van Madrid maar op de camping zijn voldoende schaduwplaatsen zo kun je in de zon als je daar van houdt en om af te koelen ga je in de schaduw. Het prachtige Aranjuez is ook zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven met het koninklijk plaleis met z'n schitterend onderhouden tuinen als hoogtepunt, hoewel ook de autentieke stierenarena is een optie is voor liefhebbers. Want hoewel wij niet van het stierenvechten houden, hebben ze wel een zeer indrukwekkend Arenamuseum in de Arena waar je voor een klein bedrag een zeer uitgebreide rondleiding krijgt.

Wij hebben hier in mei een aantal dagen gestaan. Leuk om met het treintje vanaf de camping naar het paleis in Aranjuez te gaan. Ook kan je leuke fietstochten in de omgeving maken, ook heerlijk om door het mooie park te fietsen. Madrid hiervandaan bezocht. We zijn met de trein gegaan. Gaat prima! Toledo met de auto bezocht. Er is voldoende te zien en te doen in de omgeving. Het restaurant is een aanrader!

Prima camping. Verblijf van tien dagen. Ideaal om Toledo en Madrid te bezoeken. Goede en snelle verbinding per trein. Heerlijk zwembad, mooie omgeving. Prachtige parken langs de rivier de Taag, waarop je kunt kanoen. Helaas mag er in de parken niet gefietst worden, ook al zijn de asfaltwegen breed en vlak. WiFi is duur op deze camping. Veel plekken zijn erg stoffig. Bedekken met grind is een aanrader, want gras groeit er toch niet. Op andere Spaanse campings strooit men ook grind.
