A2, exit Bellinzona-Süd/Locarno, towards Locarno. Past the airport in the direction of Gordola-Gudo, towards Gudo. In Cugnasco the camp site is signposted. Beware of the speed humps.

Ein schön gelegener Platz weg vom grossen Gedränge am See. Grosse naturbelassene Stellplätze. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und das platzeigene Restaurant ist gut. Wohl einer der günstigsten Plätze in der Magadino Ebene. Wir waren Anfangs Oktober 2011 dort zu Gast und kommen gerne wieder.

Mooie camping met goed sanitair, alleen ligt de camping in de aanvliegroute naar het vliegveld en kom ieder uur de high-speed trein op minder als 1 km langsrazen. De vallende eikels en het bellen van 100 koeien is, hoop ik, seizoensgebonden. Samengevat mooie camping maar veel lawaai in de omgeving.

Een goede camping met uitstekende voorzieningen: douchen, (af)wassen, zwembad, broodjes, restaurant. 's Avonds (tot 23.00 uur) wel wat rumoer van het restaurant en de naborrelaars. Wel last van eikels die van de hoge eikenbomen op je caravan (tent/camper) vallen. Dat is natuurlijk vooral 's nachts hinderlijk.

Leuke camping met veel schaduwplekken. Voor Zwitserland heb je een speciale stekker nodig, deze mochten we zo lenen bij de receptie. Leuke trips naar Bellinzona en Valle Varzasca en Maggia gedaan. Zwembad heerlijk.Wel een stukje rijden van het meer af.

Deze camping is geen aanrader. De directeur is een hele vervelende man en heeft absoluut geen enkel respect voor zijn gasten. Er zijn veel luidruchtige jongeren. De eigenaar treedt niet tegen hen op. De omgeving is erg mooi, maar je zit ver af van het meer.
