Good size pitches some shaded. Clean facilities. Nice surrounding area with historical buildings. Access to the city by cycle bus or tram. Site overpriced.

We spent 4 nights at this campsite in early May, which is the most expensive of our trip so far. The campsite is in an excellent location for getting to Nuremberg. They have a restaurant on site, which is very good. The pitch size is generous, but apart from the bald bit where your caravan and awning go, the remainder of the pitch looked like it had not seen a mower in 12 months. The facilities were clean and plentiful.

bathrooms so dirty that I decided not to use them, showers spraying water all over so everything inside was wet. some red dirt growing all over the shower wall
