Seecamping Mentl lies south of Lake Ossiach, between Villach and Ossiach (Carinthia). This campsite’s terrain has two sandy beaches along the aforementioned lake. There are also plenty of water sports activities in the immediate vicinity. With an extensive network of hiking and cycle routes, this region is an amazing destination for hikers and cycling enthusiasts. The campsite is spacious and nicely landscaped. In the high season, this is a popular holiday address for families with children.

Camping by the lake

At Seecamping Mentl it is possible to stay overnight in a modern mobile home or apartment. Tourist pitches, however, are clearly in the majority here. Are you planning to book a pitch? Keep the layout of the campsite in mind. The large pitches are mainly by the lake. This is great for those who love to swim and for beach lovers but do be aware that, if you camp near the lake, you are somewhat further from the entrance to the campsite. This is where you will find the most important amenities, including the modern toilet block.

Beach, entertainment and wellness facilities

At the far end of the campsite there is a large grassy meadow that flows into Lake Ossiach. You can access the water, which often reaches a temperature of 27 degrees in the summer, by means of two sandy beaches and a swimming dock. Additionally, during the summer holiday, Mentl has a full entertainment programme for the children. The spa treatments and massages that are offered allow adults to relax as well. Café Mentl is a charming campsite café where you can enjoy delicious cakes and drinks.

Travelling party: Seniors

We hebben in mei een paar weken doorgebracht op deze prachtige camping.
Wat een warm welkom. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. De mooie ligging aan het meer, de geweldig Karakteristieke bomen, de veilige kinderspeelplaats en de super fijn sanitaire voorzieningen zorgen er voor dat je niet meer weg wil.
Alles klopte.
We komen zeker terug.

Top Lage mit Blick über den See, sehr saubere Sanitäre Anlagen und ein motiviertes freundliches Team, bei denen das Wohl der Gäste an oberster Stelle steht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren und sonstige Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Der Platz ist sehr schön und gut geführt, ein Familienbetrieb seit 60 Jahren. Terassenstellplätze teilweise auch normale Plätze, Sanitäranlage sind Perfekt ein kleines Kaffee mit Brötchenservice.
Anscheinend will der Besitzer aber von ACSI nichts mehr wissen.
Die Karte wurde nicht angenommen.

Seecamping mentl is een terrassen camping aan de ossiachersee. Super camping, vriendelijke mensen en een heleboel campeerders komen hier jaren met plezier.
Er is geen zwembad,maar wel een heerlijk verblijf aan de ossiachersee. Zwemmen, springen en glijden. Maar ook met je rubberbootje varen of een sub. Geen motorbootje,die ijn niet gewenst in de ossiachersee.
Sanitair is gratis. Sommige douche van Nes hebben zelfs grote douchekoppen en aparte douchestraal, heel fijn als je net kinderen doucht. Straal is dan niet hard ,of je kan overal wat makkelijker bij. Animatie is er o de camping wel te vinden dmv een treintje of ontspanning. Wij hebben hier weinig van gebruik gemaakt ivm de oudere leeftijd van onze kinderen. Jeugd is er volop te vinden, ook oudere jeugd.
Sommige plekjes zijn wat klein,maar andere weer groter.

Vi var her for 3. gang. Det er en helt usædvanlig godt plads. Virkelige gode pladser og sanitære forhold. Endvidere er pladsens beliggenhed i forhold til Ossiachersee og ture i Kärnten rigtig gode. Endelig er værtsfamilien på Camping Mentl rigtig dygtige og særdeles venlige. De gør deres yderste for at alle får en god ferie. Hvilket også har bevirket, at der er gæster der kommer årligt igennem årtier. mvh Per

super schoon sanitair, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede standplaatsen. met electriciteit, afvalwater putten en tv- aansluiting, klein zandstrand metcsteger in het meer.

Grasboden, Bäume, Badegelegenheit - alles da, alles sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Top Sanitär, Wasser und Abwasser am Platz, Strom nach Verbrauch abgerechnet (haben Solar und empfinden das sehr fair). Sehr freundlicher Empfang und stets hilfreiches Personal. Ein insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerter, ruhiger Topcampingplatz in sehr schöner Landschaft mit vielen Möglichkeiten für jedes Wetter - kommen gerne wieder!
