The access to( the site is very easy - but make sure you go into the check-in parking area on the right as you enter the site! The check-in was very slick and we were gobsmacked when they told us we could come back and pay anytime up to the day before our departure. We had booked a "Lavanda" pitch, which is one of the largest pitch types. We definitely would not have wanted to be on a standard pitch as these were really packed in. Our 120m2 pitch was, as expected, a great size - but the condition was appalling - it was muddy, uneven, sloping and our water tap had a faulty thread. If we returned we would book a Luxury Mare Pitch, which are front line and were in much better condition than any of the other pitches. The site itself is massive, with every possible amenity. We used three of the on-site restaurants and all were good. The site is a good base for visiting places in the Istria Region: Porec, Piran, Ravinj, Pula, Fazana, Umag, Navigrad. There is a reasonable supermarket on site, but Umag (5-miles) has a Lidl and Spar and a couple of Petrol Stations

Our stay in 2025 was terrible. The camper pitch located close to a noisy road, loud all day and night (unfortunately in Croatia, there is no law regulation regarding the distance from the road to holiday guest facilities). No hot water in our facility area the whole time. When I told it to reception staff, they said go to another place for hot water. Imagine carrying dishes and shower things far away! The staff were rude and ignored me. My son got hurt on the football field. A ball hit his head, and his eye was bloody. It was evening, so we went to a nearby hospital in Izola (Slovenia not Croatia – you will need to pay if the accident has happened in Croatia). We stayed there all night. The next day I talked to the Campsite manager to at least get a refund for the day we spent it in the hospital. He didn't want to hear about any refund form the camping site and told me to find the boy who kicked the ball. He also didn’t care about issue with hot water or noisy road. He smiled and said write a bad review! Can you imagine! Staff were stressed and received no help. This place is expensive, noisy, and not safe.

I was there for a week with wife and three children - 5, 10, 11 and our dog. We enjoyed stay much, although needed some time to get used to the distances due to very large size of camping. Pools vere very good for both younger and older chilren. There is a lot of space for walking with dog. Toilets and showers in good condition. Number of shops was enough so no need to walk far to buy fresh bread, fruits or ice cream. Only disadvantage I noticed was narrow street in our area. Some cars were standing partly on it. This lead to difficulties with driving a car with a caravan.
