Stay by the lake and within walking distance of ViborgOut to Sønder Sø, and with Viborg city center on the opposite side, the campsite is like a small oasis in the middle of all the greenery. Follow the path along the lake into the city centre, where it is teeming with good restaurants and shopping opportunities, or you can experience the magnificent cathedral. If you are interested in gardening, you can visit the Forest Botanical Garden and Nordic Park, which are located right next to the site.Great experiences close byThe impressive limestone mine, Mønsted Kalkgruber, is only 15 minutes away. If you drive the other way, you will find the World Map at Klejtrup, where children and adults can walk around the world in no time.Go on an excursionA little further away, but still less than an hour's drive, you will find Himmelbjerget near Silkeborg. There are also nice swimming opportunities and a cozy town. To the north is the Limfjord with beautiful walks along the water and possibly a trip to the island of Fur. Randers Rainforest is also nearby.Fun activities for the childrenThe campsite has extremely well-maintained facilities. The children can satisfy their playfulness in the nice playground with two bouncy cushions. There is also mini golf, a fire pit, beach volleyball, moon carb court and a nice bathing jetty in the lake.
