The campsite is situated in a wooded area on Denmark’s largest island, Zealand. No matter where you are on the island, the coast is never more than 52 kilometres away. Outdoor living takes centre stage at Skovly Camping. From the campsite, you can walk straight into the woods to explore the surroundings. At this green campsite, you can truly unwind amidst the Danish countryside. There are fishing spots available and, in nice weather, you can cool off in the swimming pool.

Pretty place in the Woods at a lake and a small creek. Very nice service and the facilities are great! Also extra toilets so that you dont need to go to the main buildings all the time. There are plenty of stuff for the kids to play with and in. The pool is a big attraction for the kids. Nice place and nice experience.

We have had several good stays here at Skovly Camping. The last time was with my girlfriend's granddaughter, Lea, aged 7. She had a party with Mooncars and the playground. Close to forest, which has good hiking trails and close to Europe's largest tramway museum; Skjoldenæsholm, Jystrup, Denmark. Can be highly recommended.

I stayed at Skovly in May 22 as part of a motorcycle tour of Northern Europe and Scandinavia. Having never been to Denmark before I didn’t really know what to expect. The scenery was absolutely stunning and the setting for the campsite was absolutely idyllic. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely lake next to my pitch. I was very fortunate with the weather and enjoyed a pizza and a beer after a long days ride at the shop where the staff informed me of the pastry delivery service available. I took advantage of this and when I woke the next morning, a selection of pastries was left just outside my tent. A lovely touch and completely delicious. Although I stayed only one night, the campsite was memorable, the facilities were excellent, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in staying again.
