Seekers of peace and quiet, nature lovers, active types and water fans: everyone will feel at home at this campsite in the middle of the French Alsace region. Visit the unique mineral exhibition in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines at the end of June, go on a hiking excursion in the mountains with the owner, or spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool: anything goes here.
Camping in the shade
The owners bid you a warm welcome at the reception. They can tell you everything about the surrounding area. From which hiking and cycling trails to take, to fun events and fine museums. Once you are checked in and on your way to your camping pitch, you will notice that the campsite grounds are flat and elongated. Shaded camping pitches, surrounded by trees and shrubs, offer ample privacy. There are mobile homes and wooden chalets available for campers who prefer to rent an accommodation.
Water fun in the shade
You've probably already seen the campsite swimming pool whilst you were checking in at the reception. Here, too, you will find plenty of shade, so you can choose whether to cool off in the shade or soak up the sun after a refreshing swim in the pool. Surrounding the pool are sufficient loungers so you can relax in comfort.
Hikers take note!
The vicinity of the campsite is an open invitation to explore the surroundings. Discover nature at its best, either by foot or by bike. The campsite owner organises beautiful mountain hikes to picturesque villages such as Ribeauvillé and Hunawihr. Those looking to get even higher can best take the car and follow the route over the highest peaks of the Vosges (the Route des Crêtes). You can also go wine tasting in the area and there is a new mining museum in Tellure.
