Just outside Terrasson-Lavilledieu, a friendly village in the Périgord Noir (eastern Dordogne), is La Salvinie. Here, you camp in a wonderfully quiet setting, in a hilly, wooded environment and right by the Vézère River. This is the ideal base for discovering the beauty of the Dordogne. There is also plenty to do on this small family campsite. For example, there is a lovely outdoor pool, a varied entertainment programme, a large playground and sports facilities.

Lovely campsite. Lovely pool. Lovely owners. Beautiful pig and goat.
Slightly warmer shower temperature. More hooks in the cabin to hang coats.

Zwischenhalt bei Heimreise Ende September. Freundliches Personal. Tolles Brot / pain au chocolat am Morgen. Sauber gehalten. Grosse Stellpätze. Aufgrund von Temperaturen war Pool nicht offen. Spielplatz nur teilweise benutzbar, Schaukeln waren abgesperrt. Trampolin ist wegen Sicherheit / Vorfällen nicht mehr aufgebaut. Etwas merkwürdige Stecker für Elektrizität. Hatte etwas Mühe um anzuschliessen

Had a great time - close enough to cycle to Terrasson or Coly
More communication - we wer le given wrong access code to the gate . Not informed about a bbq happening at the bar one evening which we would have enjoyed

Short stopover stay after long drive from Northern Spain. Lovely clean site, large shaded pitch with electric hook up, good pool and facilities. Bread and croissants to order
