Close to the vast beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, Camping Laouba is situated on the edge of the village of Vendays (Gironde). This charming campsite has a charming outdoor bar and you can use the pizza oven. With a huge network of beautiful cycle paths and footpaths, the area is very popular with sporty campers. But also water sports enthusiasts know how to find this region because of the high waves and the Lac d'Hourtin-Carcans.

Attractive pitches

On the campsite you will find spacious pitches with a fine shelter and natural shade. Those who prefer a place in the sun can choose a suitable spot on the well-kept lawn. Don't have your own tent, caravan or motorhome? Then you can still experience the ultimate camping life. A number of pitches with a tent or caravan are available for hire.

Swimming in the sea

For swimming enthusiasts, the most beautiful beaches of Gironde are within reach. Just south of the seaside resort Montalivet lies Plage du Pin Sec and north of it Plage Vensac. Both beaches are popular with surfers, kiters and SUP'ers, as the waves here are often metres high. Lac d'Hourtin-Carcans is about half an hour's drive away and is the largest freshwater lake in France. Also a lovely place to swim, canoe, pedal boat, surf or fish.

Lovely outdoor bar

At the attractive bar, you immediately feel welcome. In a relaxed atmosphere, everyone can sit down to read a book or play a game. Drinks and snacks are served. And in the evening, you can make your own pizza in the wood-burning oven. Campers can cook a delicious camping meal in the beautiful and covered outdoor kitchen.

heel fijne camping in de medoc. eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. de kampeer plaatsen zijn héél groot. wie rust zoekt en wil fietsen is dit de camping.

Prachtige natuurcamping met super grote plekken, helemaal op de natuur gericht, composttoilet en als het mooi weer is, douche met de zon op je bolletje, super aardige eigenaren, waar de gastvrouw ook nog een lekker hapje kan koken.Waren nog nooit in dit gebied geweest, wat een mooi gebied heerlijk om de fietsen, echt een aanrader.
