J. Thiels

"Quiet, simple and well-kept family campsite within walking distance (200 m) from the sea with a beautiful sandy beach. Shopping opportunities 5 km away in the idyllic village of Beuzec-Cap-Sizun. Cycling is possible but it is hilly. It is also a nice walk along the impressive rocky coast."

Lovely site, very clean and very helpful staff. Local beach is lovely and good for body surfing. The coastal path round here is stunning. Easy drive to Pointe du Raz and near some interesting medieval towns to boot. A great site to stay on

A gem of a site. Quiet & peaceful. The owners are English & are a delightful family- nothing is too much trouble. Toilet/ shower block kept nice & clean with plenty of free hot water. Pitches large & well spaced out. Will definitely recommend.

What a treasure of a site! Very rural location, so not suitable for those who want some night-life on their doorstep. Very relaxing. Short walk to a lovely cove. Toilets/showers etc kept very clean. Free wifi on site & good sat tv reception. Reception has a small shop stocked with essentials. The owners Graham & Nikki are very friendly & will do anything for you. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant.
We were at Camping Pors Peron for 7 weeks from mid July 2014 through until the beginning of September. We arrived early afternoon and were immediately impressed by the general tidy appearance of the site and the cleanliness of the facilities. During our stay, the reason for this became obvious. It was all down to the hard work put in by Graham, Nikki, Rob and Irene. (We lost count of the number of times per day that Graham patrolled the site, keeping a constant check on everything.) All four deserve recognition for their friendliness, helpfulness, dedication and hard work - all of which greatly contributed to our fantastic holiday. Our sincere thanks, Folks.

You will find lots of useful information on the Camping Pors Peron website. However, due to space constraints, it is unable to convey the wealth of really useful, helpful and specific information available directly from Nikki and Graham. For example, Nikki is an absolute mine of information regarding places to visit - so do yourself a favour - just ask. We did, and we were directed to some fantastic places. There is just so much to see and do in the surrounding area that, even with 7 weeks available, we only managed to scratch the surface. In any event, we found that Camping Pors Peron provided the perfect base from which to explore the area.

We highly recommend this site to all.

Near and unspoilt sandy cove with coastal path and other footpaths around. Pont Croix a lovely old town is nearby.

A beautifully cared for campsite run by a hard working, friendly and helpful young English couple. The toilet facilities were some of the best we have had in France with toilet paper and paper towels provided. The pitches are spacious, private, sheltered and well looked after. A short walk takes you down to a lovely family beach and cliff walks. A shop provides most of your basic needs and bread etc to order. I would recommend this campsite and we hope to return again.

Fantastic site with such a warm welcome as soon as you arrive. Graham and Nikki were great hosts and well informed about the area and things to do. Really lovely site with constant development with new shower block just being competed. Really could have stayed much longer than the 4 nights and at a very cheap price for the stay, it simply does not get much better! Highly recommend if you want a real get away from it all holiday with excellent coastal path walking and locally cycling opportunities. Superb!!!

We stayed for two weeks in May 2012
The season was just getting going so there was plenty of choice of pitch (all are of a good size). This is a quiet site with little noise and very peaceful and great for walking (coast path) and cycling
The young English owners are just brilliant - nothing too much trouble and all the facilities are kept spotless with plenty of hot (not just lukewarm) water. We do not make a habit of return visits but this site will be an exception

Out of season quiet, peaceful, beautiful surroundings close to superb beach and coastal paths. We had very large pitch with electricity and water. In low season bread and mini-market 4 km away but some basic supplies in shop on site. British owners very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.
