Camping Le Dolmen is on Quiberon Bay, in the south of Brittany. At this well-kept campsite, families with small children in particular have a good time. There is a great covered swimming pool, a playground and a multi-sports field. There is plenty to do in the area around Camping Le Dolmen. The beach is only 600 metres away and the towns of Carnac and Quiberon are nearby.

Brilliant private facilities let down by noise from adjacent play area and large number of teenagers on site with no apparent supervision. Disappointed as the website made a point of stating how peaceful the site was.
Inform people in advance about the location of the pitch and proximity of the play area. Enforce late night noise policy.

Good location to visit Carnac and the dolmens. Good cycle paths and tracks.
Our pitch was very small and difficult to manoeuvre our little caravan into. Motorhomes having similar issues with some pitches. Once set up it was lovely. Only two water taps, one of which was very slow. Had to drape our cable over bushes to reach electric point. Very haphazard but did enjoy our three night stay once set up.

The site pitch although a little uneven with roots etc was quiet and provided shade if needed.
The wash taps for pan cleaning, need to operate for longer than 4 or 5 seconds. Took forever to fill a bowl with enough water to clean everything
